TEACHER EDUCATION COE STATUS EXTENDED BY CHED

By virtue of CHED en Banc Resolution No. 709-2015 dated December 1, 2015, in order to complete the process of evaluation of applications for the Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Centers of Development (CODs) for Teacher Education and selected Engineering programs, the Commission extends the validity period of the designation from January 1, 2016 to March 31, 2016 of the existing COEs and CODs for Teacher Education per CHED Memorandum Order No. 24, series of 2010.

With this development, the UST College of Education shall continue to enjoy the benefits and undertake the responsibilities of its desgination as stipulated in CMO No. 26, series of 2007 (Criteria and Inmplementing Guidleines for the Indentification, Support and Development of Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Centers of Development (CODs) for Teacher Education Programs) and CMO No. 16, series of 2015 (Amendment to CMO No. 26, series of 2007).
