DEAN GETS PUBLISHED IN INTERNATIONALLY-RANKED JOURNALS

College Dean Allan de Guzman got published in internationally-ranked journals.
A study by College Dean Allan B. de Guzman, together with Neil Jupiter Villamor of the UST Graduate School and Evangeline E. Matienzo of the UST College of Nursing, was recently published in American Journal of Men's Health, published by Sage.
The research article is titled "The Ebb and Flow of Filipino First-Time Fatherhood Transition Space”. American Journal of Men's Health has an impact factor of 1.234.
De Guzman also published a paper in the September 2015 issue of the Australian Education Researcher (impact factor: 0.438), published by Springer. De Guzman co-authored "Ethical decision-making in academic administration: A qualitative study of college deans’ ethical frameworks" with Maria Rosario G. Catacutan, a faculty member from the University of Strathmore.
The paper was purported to describe the ethical decision-making processes employed by a select group of Filipino college deans in solving ethical dilemmas using the ethical paradigms proposed in the works of Starratt and Shapiro and Stefkovich as frameworks for the analysis.
