DASAS IN PHILAJAMES, WCCI CONFERENCES

A College faculty member presented a paper before an academic conference organized by former graduate scholars of the Japanese government.

Mr. Louie B. Dasas presented his research paper “Filipino Teachers’ Reflections on Critical Pedagogy” during the PHILAJAMES (Philippine Association of Japanese Government Scholars) Academic Conference held on September 30 and October 1 at the University of the Philippines-Diliman.

He also conducted a workshop on best practices (“Fostering Scientific and Environmental Literacies through Meaningful Pedagogical Practices”) during the World Council for Curriculum and Instruction (WCCI)’s Fifth National Conference and First ASEAN Student Teachers’ Conference held on October 2-3, 2015 at St. Paul College in Pasig City.

Meanwhile, at the same WCCI and ASEAN Student Teachers’ conferences, BSE-Biological Sciences Pre-Service Teachers Hilarie Orario, Joseph Duane de Leon, Marwille Vardeleon, and Jennylyn Aguila presented research papers.
